Weird painting isn't it?
I don't know why but I quite like it, even if I don't like the pipe, I mean, when you think about it, you can't help relating the pipe to the image of some old man, to a bad smell and a certain willing of masculinity, virility and power...
I know "Ceci n'est pas une pipe" is part of the surrealistic movement but I think that the image is so real that you could consider "this" as a pipe if it creates all the same assimilations of ideas as if you were in front of a real one, no?!
(yes, I know, I'm not very clear and I talk like shit for a change... Sorry but I just need to speak, and I'm sure after 3 days locked in your flat one your own you would be in the same state as me!!?!?!!)
